Before Your Appointment
Please ensure you have access to a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for the call. If you'd like us to review any documents (e.g. CV, land sketch, BoQ), kindly send them via email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. For no-shows or late cancellations, a partial fee may be retained. To cancel or reschedule, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
What Happens After
You’ll receive a short written summary, links to any discussed resources (e.g. checklists, templates), and tailored next steps. If you booked a feedback package, we will respond via WhatsApp within 48 hours.
